At Grenade Grips we stand behind our product 100%. If at anytime you are unsatisfied or something happens to your gripper, please reach out and we will make things right. Read below for our return and refund policy.

Return and Refund policy:

• 5 year, no excuse return and exchange 
  • If your gripper breaks, explodes, disintegrates, melts, becomes sentient or otherwise becomes unusable beyond repair, we will gladly send out a new one.
• If the aforementioned scenarios happen, we ask for the following:
  • photos of the failure/destruction (this is for our own learning/entertainment)
  • an email to [email protected]
  • a shrubbery (one that looks nice... and not too expensive...)
• If the gripper can be repaired, we can work through the repair process, or just send a new one ( that's up to you)
• I would love to exhaust every effort to give you a replacement before issuing a refund, so give us an opportunity to make it right.
